TERMS & USE AGREEMENT
Agreement Between You and WeBuyGA.
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all visitors to or users
of this Web site. By accessing this Web site, the user acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions, GMYH Incorporated
("WeBuyGa") reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such
violations.
General Use Provisions; and Copyright.
All materials provided on this Web site, including but not limited to all text, logos, designs,
graphics, images, sounds, information, software, documents, products and services (collectively,
the "Materials"), and the selection, arrangement and display thereof, are the copyrighted works
of WeBuyGA and/or its vendors or suppliers. All Materials herein and all WeBuyGa software are
proprietary to WeBuyGa and protected by worldwide copyright and other intellectual property
laws. Except as stated herein, none of the Materials may be modified, copied, reproduced,
distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted or transmitted in
any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying,
recording or other means, without the prior express written permission of WeBuyGa.
Limited License.
WeBuyGa hereby authorizes you to view, copy, download and print the Materials available on this Web
site, provided that: (1) if you are a potential or actual renter, the Materials are used solely for
personal, non-commercial purposes and if you are a property owner/manager, the Materials are used
only for the purposes of using the services expressly offered by WeBuyGa; (2) the Materials are not
modified or redistributed; and (3) all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary
notices are reproduced as they appear in any such Materials. Except as expressly provided above,
nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring, by implication, estoppel or otherwise,
any license or right under any patent, trademark or copyright of WeBuyGa.
Trademarks.
The trademarks, trade names and service marks (the "Marks") displayed on this Web site are the property
of WeBuyGa or other third parties. Users are not permitted to copy or otherwise use these Marks without
the prior written consent of WeBuyGa or such third party which may own the Mark. The following list of

Compliance with Laws; Export Controls.
You acknowledge that the software and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information is
subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the U.S.A. You agree not to export or
re-export the software, directly or indirectly, to any countries that are subject to U.S. export
restrictions.
Devices.
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor
or copy our Web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission.
You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere
with the proper working of the WeBuyGa site or any listing, offer or transaction being conducted on our
site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately
large load on our infrastructure.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use.
As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to WeBuyGa that you will comply with all
applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and any related
activities. In addition, you warrant that you will not use this Web site in any way prohibited by these
terms, conditions and notices.

This Web site may contain links to Web sites operated by parties other than WeBuyGa. Such hyperlinks are
provided for reference only. WeBuyGa does not control such Web sites and is not responsible for their
contents. WeBuyGa's inclusion of hyperlinks to such Web sites does not imply any endorsement of the
material on such Web sites or any association with their operators. If you decide to access any of the
third party sites linked to this Web site, you do so entirely at your own risk.
General Disclaimer.
Although WeBuyGa has attempted to provide accurate information on the Web site, WeBuyGa assumes no
responsibility for the accuracy of the information. All information provided on this Web site is provided
"as is" with all faults without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. WeBuyGa hereby disclaims
all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, those of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, title and non-infringement or arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice,
except to the extent such disclaimers are held to be legally invalid.
Limitation on Liability.
Neither WeBuyGa nor any of its directors, employees, agents, vendors or suppliers will be liable for any

information present on this Web site, even if WeBuyGa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Modification of the Web site.
WeBuyGa (and/or its suppliers) reserves the right in its sole discretion to improve, modify or remove any
information or content appearing on the Web site. WeBuyGa may discontinue or revise any or all aspects of
the Web site in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement
at each time of use, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the
modified agreement.
Modification of These Terms of Use.
WeBuyGa reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this Web site is offered
at any time. Modification of this contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Web site with
respect to any Renters or Leasor actions, communications or transactions occurring after said date. It is
your responsibility to check terms and conditions of this Agreement at the time of each use. Accordingly,
you agree to review the agreement at each time of use, and your continued access or use of this site shall
be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Severability.
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including,
but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or
unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches
the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. WeBuyGa does
not render legal, brokerage, or other professional advice or services to either its Renter or Leasors customers.
Property Listings.
Property Managers and Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings.
Owners who provide photos to be used assert that the photos are their own property and these same owners have the
publishing rights to said photos. WeBuyGa is not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any renter
obtained by the use of this site.
General.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cobb County, Georgia, in all disputes arising
out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does
not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
AD and Photo Content.
Content, photos, and any text displayed on any property listing form/page/field, MUST contain the required information
directly related to that individual unique property listing identified by the property address. Any text description
or additional information, property description, amenities and/or feature fields are for information relating to that
particular property ONLY.
IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use WeBuyGa's property listing advertisement for commercial or company advertising or any
other promotional display. There is a defined area for advertising commercial business.
WeBuyGa strictly prohibits any company or individual from creating an active unlimited account and placing ads on the
site not directly owned or managed by the listing company or individual. You further agree that any violation of this
policy will result in the right of WeBuyGa.net and its parent company GMYH, Incorporated to charge an additional
$20.00 per month fee per listing for the time periods each property was listed that was NOT owned or managed by you
or your company at the time.
Under all advertising plans, you further agree to deactivate any property that becomes rented and is no longer
available immediately or within two (2) days of the time the property rents. WeBuyGa has the right to charge an
individual $20.00 per month fee for any rented property not deactivated on our website.
By choosing any of WeBuyGa advertising plans, you hereby agree to abide by the guidelines as set forth above for
all advertising plans.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE, CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS, REFUNDS
You understand and agree that in WeBuyGa's sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may terminate your access
to this web site and the Service or exercise any other remedy available including removing any unauthorized User
or Ad Content, if WeBuyGa believes that your use of the Web site, Service and/or any User Content you provided
on a property listing has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use policies, violated the rights of
WeBuyGa or another User or the law. You further agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy
to WeBuyGa for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief
for such violations.
WeBuyGa is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated
these Terms of Use.
No contract is required in addition to agreement to the Terms of Use policy unless otherwise specifically
provided and agreed to between the parties. In such cases, you agree to abide by the written contract and
further agree under such other contract unless otherwise provided in writing, that the Terms of Use policies
herein remain in effect and full force.
No refunds will be given after a property listing is activated live on the website.
You may deactivate any listing under any advertising plan (individual or multi-units plans) and remove it from
the market at any time and reactivate it later during the same billing cycle or length of plan purchased.
However, the renewal date does not change, (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the
property is off the market under that billing cycle or plan) and you are responsible for the entire amount
due under the chosen plan.
Multi-unit advertising plan users have the right to cancel their next recurring charge to their credit card at
any time before the next renewal billing date occurs under the conditions listed below. No pro-rated refunds will
be issued for early cancellation during the current billing cycle.
Notification of cancellation by multi-unit account holders must be submitted in writing by email or letter to
WeBuyGa at least two (2) business days prior to the account renewal date.
For your protection, notification in writing must be submitted by the actual account holder (the contact name the
account was created in).
In the event a written cancellation notice is not received before the account billing renewal date and regardless
of whether the property listings in the account are active or inactive, you are responsible for the entire payment
due for any billing cycle period that your account remained active before actual cancellation by writing becomes
effective for your next recurring charge.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND CONTENT
The following is a partial list of the kinds of activities and content that are prohibited on or through placing
an advertisement or Service on WeBuyGa:
(a) submitting content that is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism,
bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
(b) engaging in activities or submitting content that could be harmful to minors;
(c) engaging activities or submitting content that harass or advocate harassment of another person;
(d) engaging in activities that involve the transmission of "junk mail" or unsolicited mass mailing or "spam";
(e) engaging in activities or submitting content that promote information that is false, misleading or promote
illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
(f) submitting content that contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
(g) submitting content that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
(h) submitting content that provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying
illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
(i) engaging in activities or submitting content that solicit passwords or personal identifying information for
commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;
(j) engaging in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes,
barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
(k) submitting any content which violates federal, state or local Fair Housing Laws.
